Jay graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and has worked in real estate for the past 14 years. Jay is a Tampa native and has a vested interest in building better communities and supplying affordable quality housing to the Tampa Bay area. Jay has successfully completed over 1100 Real Estate transactions including mortgages, re-finances, purchases, and commercial transactions.
